Turn a file into a case

Drop what you already have. CaseThread reads it here on this machine — nothing leaves the building — pulls out the people, vehicles, phones and places it can find, and shows you every one with the exact words it came from. You decide what becomes a record.

Your first import — the drill

A real burglary file: two documents rendering a published appellate case (Adams v. State, No. 4D15-304 (Fla. 4th DCA 2016); the identifiers are synthetic). The machine reads them here and proposes candidates. You decide what becomes a record — that gate is the job, because what you keep is what you'll testify to.

The drill: keep what's real. Say Not a thing to junk — the file hides at least one thing that looks like a record and isn't. If one person arrives written two ways, make him one record. And read the passage under every call — it's the citation you'd testify from.
About 3 minutes · practice leaves no record — nothing here enters the case list, the Registry, or the audit trail.
